Great Michelin star restaurant! We started with the smoothie king mocktail and chicken liver mousse. Then they came out with unlimited bread buns that were super soft and warm (on the house). The bread was salted on top and came with a whipped creamy butter. I got the ribs. They were cooked perfectly and MELTED in your mouth. I’d recommend having a side with it since the meat was rich. My husband got the duck with the duck heart sausages. It was the best duck he’s had! Then they gave us complimentary birthday desserts too. It was a great atmosphere and we appreciated that it wasn’t too loud for a Friday night. The quality of food here was unlike any other! Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I decided to pick a contemporary place from the Michelin site and this place did not disappoint. We sat at the bar because we generally appreciate a less formal atmosphere. The bartender was exceptional. Friendly, witty, knowledgeable, and conversational. The food was fabulous. Not a dull moment to say the least. The Summer 2025 menu is well thought out and we left absolutely stuffed. I would go here again without a doubt!

Had such a wonderful time at Boka. Food was phenomenal and each dish was unique. Our server Nick absolutely went above and beyond taking care of us - including a small wine tasting and pairing for our meal. He was extremely helpful in explaining dishes to us and offering advice for pairings. Will be back!

the service here was amazing. the staff was fast, friendly, and attentive. the drinks were good. as for the food, the appetizers and complementary desserts were amazing. i highly recommend the scallops. the kampachi was also very refreshing. on the other hand, the the entrees were too salty for my taste. i wasn’t really impressed with the arctic char. unfortunately, the menu was very limited for those who are pescatarian or vegetarian

From the moment you walk into BOKA, it becomes crystal clear why this place holds a Michelin star. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegant and inviting—dimly lit, warm-toned, and undeniably enchanting. It sets the stage for a dining experience that feels nothing short of magical. The service? Flawless. The staff knows their craft inside and out, striking that rare balance of attentive and unobtrusive. As Capital One Dining guests, we were greeted with a sparkling glass of prosecco—a welcome as warm and bubbly as the drink itself. We began our journey with the *Lightly Cured Kampachi*—delicate, bright, and beautifully balanced with grapefruit, daikon, and Thai basil. A refreshing and refined start, easily an 8/10. The *Brown Butter Roasted Hokkaido Scallops* followed—rich, perfectly seared, with layers of flavor from the cauliflower, rye berry, and Honeycrisp apple that had us scraping the plate. A confident 9/10. For entrées, the *Black Truffle Roasted Chicken* was, hands down, the showstopper. Moist, deeply flavorful, kissed with earthy morel mushrooms and a hint of madeira—it was probably the best chicken I’ve had in my life. Yes, a full 10/10, and I’d give it eleven if I could. The *Slow Cooked Arctic Char* was no slouch either—elegantly presented and subtly infused with turnip, maitake, and lemongrass. Light, savory, and perfectly cooked. A strong 9/10. Presentation throughout the evening was on another level. Each dish arrived like a miniature piece of art—composed with intention, bursting with color, and plated so beautifully it almost felt wrong to disturb it. Almost. We finished with *Winter Citrus*—a yuzu, mandarin, and shiso dessert that was more clever than comforting. Not quite my favorite at 5/10, but a fitting palate cleanser before ending with a small bite of pure joy: the house-made chocolate spheres. A sweet little mic drop to round out an extraordinary evening. BOKA doesn’t just serve food—it crafts an experience. One that delights, impresses, and leaves you counting down the days until you can return.
